The winners represent different initiatives and constitute good practices on how ICT can improve service delivery to citizens and businesses across Europe. The winners were selected among 259 case submissions by an independent jury, thus proving their excellence. Furthermore, the publication provides the jury's appreciation of the winners and that of two nominees in each category.
